ELECTROSTATIC TECHNOLOGY
Electrostatic spraying
for agricultural applications.
The system electrically charges spray droplets, increasing their attraction to plant surfaces and potentially improving deposition, coverage uniformity and application efficiency when correctly configured.
The system electrically charges the droplets during application, increasing attraction to the target surface and helping reduce drift and product waste. This contributes to a more efficient and uniform spraying process.
The technology can be evaluated for integration into new machines or as a retrofit solution for compatible sprayers already operating in the market.

GLOBAL BRANDS: SPRAYWORKER & TSBJET
About the Company
TSB Máquinas, legally established as Tecnologia Sul Brasileira – TSB, is a Brazilian manufacturer specializing in the development of electrostatic spraying technologies and the owner of the TSBJET and SprayWorker brands.
Founded in 2009, the company was established to develop technological solutions for the metalworking industry and agribusiness.
After several years supplying equipment, electronic devices and customized solutions to industrial customers, TSB Máquinas consolidated its expertise in the development and manufacturing of control panels, electronic circuit boards, sensors and electronic systems for a wide range of applications.
Building on this technical experience, a multidisciplinary team of engineers and agronomists developed TSBJET, a Brazilian electrostatic spraying technology designed to improve droplet deposition, increase target coverage and enhance the efficiency of agricultural applications.
SprayWorker emerged as an evolution of the TSBJET brand and was launched to represent the electrostatic spraying technology developed and manufactured by TSB Máquinas in global markets.
The company is headquartered at the Santa Maria Technological Park, in southern Brazil, where it benefits from modern infrastructure, laboratories and a collaborative innovation environment connecting technology-based companies, research institutions and universities.
